The Dark Knight trailer

In the trailer for The Dark Knight, we see an obvious genre of action. This is conveyed by distributors by the explosions and dark scenery for the majority of the trailer. I think the distributors have highlighted the key features identified in my earlier post about why the film was made. I enjoy action films and perhaps this is why the film looks appealing to me. You can tell it is a high budget film because of the special effects and scenery of where it is filmed.

• opens with narrative voice.
